This week on B-sides to Health we are going to talk about stress, intuition & instincts.*

Have you ever said “I just know.... I feel it in my gut.” Or how about “it’s a gut instinct for me.” Intuition & instinct are often described as a "feeling in our gut" & are crucial to our mental & physical well-being & safety. However, they are not the same thing!

This week on the podcast I share why instinct & intuition are different, yet both important to our health and how chronic stress affects our ability to tune in. When we are stressed, we mistake worry and fear with instinct & intuition. This week I share some tips to help with that stress so you can be sure to listen in to both your instincts & your intuition.
